For 30 years, YCH Architects has been privileged to have provided Planning and Design Services for practically every form of major building type, including new construction, additions, major renovations and facilities assessments. Throughout the entire history of YCH Architects, each and every project has been personally designed and managed by at least one of the three Principals; Dennis Yates, Mike Chreitzberg and Bill Hughes.
Leadership
The firm was created in 1984 by Dennis E. Yates, AIA. In 1987, Michael Chreitzberg, AIA, joined the firm. In 2008, William T. Hughes, AIA, LEED, was promoted to Principal as the practice continues to look forward to advancing another generation of talented architects to lead YCH into the future.
The Senior Leadership is nationally certified by NCARB. The firm is licensed to practice in numerous states around the country and include: North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, Florida, Georgia, and Tennessee.
