Zoë’s Place is the only Baby Hospice in the UK specialising in the 24 hour palliative and respite care for infants aged 0-5 with life limiting or life threatening conditions. The facilities provided by Zoë’s Place are free of charge to all families accessing the service. Each year the financial requirements of the Hospice increases, we currently need to raise approximately £800,000 per annum to run our 24 hour 7 day a week operations.
The respite care at Zöe's Place has proven to be vital to so many of the families who have benefited from our service. Demand is now exceeding our current facility and we are in the process of creating a new Hospice within our existing building. The new facility will give a significantly increased surface area for our babies and their families and will bring the Hospice onto ground floor level, improving accessibility and greatly enhancing the facilities on offer to our babies.
