Who is this Edna?
Well, contrary to word on the street, she is no lady! In fact she is not even human. Edna is Asheville royalty or at least she thinks she is. Edna is a Pug of the canine persuasion.
What does a Pug named Edna have to do with coffee? Well, it seems Edna has a sophisticated palette for the brown brew. When she was a young pup, she sheepishly snuck a mighty lap full of her owner’s iced coffee on more than a few occasions. The caffeine-induced "Pug Gymnastics" resulted in a permanent ban on Edna's coffee consumption!
It was only fitting to bestow the honor of naming the coffee house after Edna.
Keep a sharp eye out for her. Edna does make appearances in royal attire.
