Founded in 1975 by Peter Kump, ICE offers award-winning 8- to 13-month career training programs in Culinary Arts, Pastry & Baking, Culinary Management and Hospitality Management. In January 2015—marking the school's 40th anniversary—ICE will move to Lower Manhattan's most exciting new center for business, retail and dining: Brookfield Place (225 Liberty Street).
