Are you ready to change? Do you want to become more aware and make choices
towards a healthy and fulfilling life?
After the overwhelming success of the first Wellness Workshop our second workshop
takes place in the G Hotel, Galway on Sunday the 8th of November. Brought to you
by Kathie Stritch (Personal Trainer) and Máire Treasa Ní Dhubhghaill (Rugbaí Beo,
TG4), the workshop will focus on the key aspects of overall wellness - Nutrition,
Motivation, Fitness and Mental Health.
Máire Treasa and Kathie recognised the demand for a workshop where people could
get all the right information needed to make lasting changes in their lives.
‘We’ve met people down through the years who want to make a change to their
overall health and wellbeing but weren’t too sure where to start, so we decided to
bring the best people we could together to help them change their lives for the better’
